we can add at least 1 1/2 bottles of hard cider to my food diary today. I didn’t want to start this month like this, but oh well.

food & exercise 1.June 2012

food

  • oatmeal (muesli, whole grain oats, 1 banana, almonds, almond butter, almond milk, 4 dates)
  • barbecue soy crisps (~1.5 servings)
  • 1/2 of a grande green tea latte with soy milk (made me nauseous - way too sweet :( )
  • grapes and cherries  
  • waterwaterwaterwaterwater
  • curry bun
  • veggie ‘beef’ bowl w/ brown rice

exercise

  • HIIT for 20 minutes
  • some stretching

June 1 - Measurements

bra size: 29C (I wear a 32B, though since…you know, they don’t come in that size)

bust: 32in (81cm)

waist: 24in (61cm)

hips: 31.5in (80cm)

thigh: 18in (45.5cm)

Don’t attach yourself to anyone who shows you the least bit of attention because you’re lonely. Lonliness is the human condition. No one is ever going to fill that space. The best thing you can do it know yourself… know what you want.
